BULLYING
The greatest complexity of bullying lies in the fact that most bullies are minors, but age cannot be used as an alibi and society demands responsibilities. For this reason, our service consists of carrying out personal mediation before all the adults responsible for the minor aggressors, both their parents or legal guardian and the leaders of the institution where the harassment occurs, whether it is the School or an Extracurricular Activity.

Our demand and requirement are that all adults intervene with authority and firmness in the face of bullying since it is their absolute competence and responsibility to prevent a minor under her guardianship from committing bullying. In the first place, the parents or legal guardian, since having parental authority, they are the most responsible for the minor in any area of his/her life. In the case of the institution's leaders, they have a double duty, since it is illegitimate and negligent that they neglect a minor in their custody who is a victim of bullying.

GENDER-BASED VIOLENCE
Gender-based violence (GBV), although mostly suffered by women, is the abuse of any person on the basis of their sexual orientation, gender identity, sex or gender. GBV can be sexual, physical, psychological and/or economic; and it can occur in both public and private spheres, including the sphere of couple or ex-couple, family, work, social or cyberspace.
Victims of GBV require a specialized service according to their personal needs, since they cannot defend themselves and need real and face-to-face help before their aggressor. Our intervention procedure consists of personally mediating with the aggressor to let him know that we represent and answer for the victim in any situation, so we will not allow the harassment to continue.
*NOTE: Our service, in no case, should be considered as an alternative to the police and judicial work of a country. Our recommendation to all victims is that they always report their aggressor.
